One Hour Booking

1 hour bookings for Saturdays or Sundays during our busy season (Sept-Dec, March-May) will be permitted only within a 2 hour window, within which we may choose the hour of service according to our availability. You will be notified of the final 1 hour time slot no later than 24 hours prior to your event.

When completing the booking form, please specify in the notes section what your 2 hour time window will be, or if you put the 2 hours in the time section, please use the notes to clarify that you would only like 1 hour of service.

 

For example, if your full event runs from 2-5pm and you would like to book 1 hour with one of our artists, we would require you to give a 2 hour window during which the 1 hour service would be acceptable to you. In this example, perhaps you select a window of 2:30-4:30pm. This allows us the flexibility to choose the best hour within that window of time in order to give greater flexibility to our artist's schedules during busy season. You would be notified of the final 1 hour time slot at least 24 hours prior to your party. So in our example, perhaps the best time slot for our schedules ends up being 3:30-4:30pm. Or perhaps it ends up being 3-4pm. 

 

Utilizing this system enables us to continue accepting 1 hour bookings, where many in our industry require 2 hour minimums because of the constraints that 1 hour bookings can have on their schedules & income for high-demand weekend dates.
